2. Q: What transportation service do you provide?
Our service includes, but is not limited to, School, Daycare, Airports, Tutors, Tennis, Gymnastics, Music lessons, and Sports camps.
WRFT provides group trips to Birthday parties, Field trips, Concerts, AAU games.
3. Q: How does your service work?
Parents register with us by filling out a Online Reservation,Minor Release.Authorization Form,Liability Form There is an annual membership fee. All WRFT rides are preplanned and prepaid. Parents arrange the child's schedule with us. Parents give us details about an authorized adult who will receive their child. We meet the child, the parents and the caretaker so that everyone is comfortable.

3. Fill out the Online Reservation,Minor Release,Authorization,Liability form
4. Pay the annual membership fee.

We take children three and up.

We operate in Elk Grove, We serve some areas in Sacramento.

6:00 AM to 8.00 PM for School /Charter service & Weekends availiable upon.
8. Q:What if my child is old enough to stay alone?
Must have a Minor Release form on file If your child has the key we wait for the child to go inside the house and close the door behind them. Only then will our drivers leave.
9. Q:What if I have a kinder?
The drivers will walk kinder to and from class.
10. Q:What if I have more than one child going to the same school?
Same school siblings ride for free.
11. Q: What if my have children going to diffrent schools
There is a $7.00 fee a day.
12. Q: What kind of payments do you take?
Rides are prepaid by Check, Money Orders, Visa, Master card ,Pay Pal.
13. Q: What is membership ?
Must be registered and have paperwork on file.
14. Q: How much notice is needed to start a new service?
We request at least 48 hours notice prior to beginning new customer service.
15. Q:What happens if my child's schedule changes permanently for an existing service?
Please notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up. We will determine if a change of service can be accommodated. We require a new Sign Up form be submitted to reflect schedule changes. Note that new rates may apply depending on the service change.

We require at least 4 hours notice prior to pick-up to cancel service for the day without additional fees.
